Refund policy

Orders are processed Monday–Wednesday (excluding holidays) within 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping speeds up delivery time only and does not reduce processing time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and once a package is marked as shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft.

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. If tracking shows delivered, please check with household members or neighbors and contact the carrier to file a claim if needed.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require payment for reshipping.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
